1:1 Online Yoga

 

Align your body and mind to unlock a steady stream of energy and vitality into your day. I combine my 500hr Yoga Teacher Training + 10 year professional experience + my 20 years of personal practice to give you the essence of what I have learnt about mind-body connection and yoga-therapy. You learn yoga sequences suited for your body-type, breathing exercises to practise on your own, and how to meditate to regain presence, peace and calm.

The modalities I mainly use are Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga, plus Pranayama.
