1:1 Psychotherapy Coaching

 

My support and guidance to you draws on tools of psychotherapy, inner-child healing, and shadow-work.

The main idea I employ is that you are made up of multiple subconscious parts, and sometimes these parts are in conflict with one another. Such inner conflict causes all sorts of issues ranging from self-sabotage, people-pleasing, procrastination, poor boundaries, burnout, inner-critic, inner-rebel, to physical ailments like sleeplessness, skin flare ups, digestive issues, body aches and more.

The methods I use enlightens you in identifying these internal parts (some of which have been suppressed deep in your subconscious) and then reclaiming these parts so you reach alignment in your true authentic self, and you can finally move forward in your life.

You will experience a person-centred approach of psychotherapy which helps you learn self-compassion, self-empathy and self-trust. You will also be supported in-between sessions via WhatsApp, so you continue practising the tools and applying the teachings.

For SGD$587 a month, you get :

  • 3 x 60 min zoom sessions a month.

  • unlimited WhatsApp support (what happens in-between sessions are crucial in your progress).

  • 6 month initial booking, thereafter, on a monthly basis if needed.

1:1 Online Yoga

 

Align your body and mind to unlock a steady stream of energy and vitality into your day. I combine my 500hr Yoga Teacher Training + 10 year professional experience + my 20 years of personal practice to give you the essence of what I have learnt about mind-body connection and yoga-therapy. You learn yoga sequences suited for your body-type, breathing exercises to practise on your own, and how to meditate to regain presence, peace and calm.

The modalities I mainly use are Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga, plus Pranayama.
