IT ALL STARTED WHEN ….
Gwendolyn’s long relationship with personal development began during her adolescent years, being intuitively drawn to psycho-spirituality books that eloquently integrated mind-body-spirit. Growing up in a highly dysfunctional home, she was primed from an early age to seek out universal truths of healing.
Gwendolyn comes from a background in the corporate world. Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Commerce from The University of Sydney (2007), and previously working in banking for 7 years in both Sydney and Singapore, Gwendolyn knows first-hand the alternative therapies’ transformative effects from high-stress environments.
While immersed in the corporate world during her time at JP Morgan Chase, she felt a burning desire to break out and find meaningful work, which led her to undertake 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training course in Dharamsala, India in 2013. Gwendolyn also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Councelling from Aventis Graduate School Singapore.
Impressed with the therapeutic effects of 1:1 attention, she continues supporting clients struggling with emotional and relationship issues, anxious thoughts, depressive moods, fatigue, burnout, and more.
Having observed that most physical ailments stem from both a psychological and emotional origin, Gwendolyn’s main work now is to help break through clients’ internal barriers to connect to themselves on a deeper level, get to the root of their stress and access the inner wisdom of their hearts; which translates to better decision making, relationships, and health.
Seeing her clients shift to a new perspective and arrive at a place of understanding and self-acceptance is what brings Gwendolyn the most passion, satisfaction and purpose to her work.
Gwendolyn uses a blend of life-coaching, psychotherapy, breath work, and yoga philosophy to bring about lasting changes in her clients.
