 ABOUT GWENDOLYN

ABOUT GWENDOLYN

I support women who look like they are coping on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly burdened underneath.

My route into this work was both personal and professional.

Before moving into therapeutic and mind-body work, I spent 7 years in banking across Sydney and Singapore. On paper, it was a sensible life. But underneath, I was already drawn to deeper questions about emotional pain, relationship patterns, self-worth, and what it means to feel truly at home in yourself.

That search eventually led me into yoga, therapy, and years of inner work. I went on to complete a 500-hour yoga teacher training in Dharamsala, India, and later a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling in Singapore.

Motherhood deepened that work in a new way. Raising two young boys brought me face to face with parts of myself more directly than ever before, and during Covid I entered a season of deeper inner work that changed me. It deepened what I had already begun to understand: emotional pain does not live only in the mind. It lives in the body too, in tension, fatigue, holding patterns, and the ways we brace without always realising.

Later, while teaching private 1:1 yoga, I found that clients would naturally begin opening up about what they were carrying emotionally. I found myself helping them connect the dots between what was happening in their bodies and what they were living through in their inner and relational worlds.

Today, I bring together psychotherapy-informed support, yoga, breathwork, and reflective inner work in a way that is steady, thoughtful, and depth-oriented.

I am interested in what lives underneath the surface: the emotional patterns, protective strategies, and relationship dynamics that quietly shape a woman’s experience of herself and others.

My work helps women return to themselves with greater clarity, self-trust, and inner steadiness.
