Heal your emotions, and your pain from past trauma, plus improve your mental well-being. By harnessing the power of 1:1 Therapy, you are immersed in a space that’s crucial to self-healing, gaining a wider perspective than where your survival brain is currently at i.e. black-or-white thinking / catastrophizing, worst-case-scenario.
I apply tools that have worked for me and my clients which improve your mental health, develop resiliency to stress/burnout, address poor self-care, relationship problems, among other things.
Through private zoom video sessions ranging from 1hour to 1.5 hours, you also get to sort out your conflicting inner voices, so you gain more clarity towards making decisions in your life right now.
